I like to cook for others but I'm positive there are others that do far better - I love mexican and anything savory. I discovered these crackers when I had leftover sour dough starter. I could throw the starter away, but this goes counter to what my ancestors did during the depression so I won't. I even like reusing the parchment paper that I used for the crackers!

I think you're going to like these crackers - they were made with eikhorn flour, (you can use all purpose flour), olive oil, salt, thyme, and leftover sour-dough starter, (kept in my fridge.)

PS- I'm still not able to turn out sourdough bread that's to my liking. I'm not giving up though!
